Intro to Pilates

This 30-minute complimentary session introduces beginners to Pilates on the reformer, focusing on foundational movements, breath, and alignment. It's the perfect starting point to experience how Pilates improves strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Reformer 1

Pilates class designed to build a strong foundation, with a focus on breath, alignment, and controlled movement. This class provides a full-body workout while enhancing strength, mobility, and confidence on the reformer.

Reformer 2

Intermediate class that builds on the fundamentals of Reformer 1, introducing more complex movements and a faster pace. This class focuses on deepening strength, control, and stamina, while advancing your Pilates technique and overall mobility.

Athletic Reformer

This 50-minute, high-energy class combines deep muscle work with weights, props, and bursts of cardio. Designed to build strength, endurance, and core stability, it delivers a challenging full-body workout.
